The residence is a  four storey building with 4 families, one per floor, with a shared stilt and a basement. All floors are designed to overlook a landscaped courtyard in the basement to be used for recreation and entertainment shared by all the floors. Sunken courts with extensive landscaping allow a lot of light and ventilation to the space as well as create open spaces that are extensions of the actual entertainment areas. The terrace has also been landscaped extensively and equipped with solar panels. A splash pool and pergola with a bar make the terrace an ideal space for friends to gather in the summer months.
